摘要新中国成立以来历次重大科技规划与国家创新体系构建完善的历程表明,未来我国经济社会发展将比以往任何时候都更需要科技进步和技术创新的支撑。当前,我国应着眼于新的战略目标,通过系统谋划和顶层设计,完善国家创新体系,不断提高国家创新能力,为经济社会可持续发展提供支撑。 A review of each major science and technology plan and the perfection of the construction of national innovation system provide examples for theoretical analysis shows that, Future social and economic development of our country will depend on scientific and technological progress and innovation more than before and it should focus on new strategic aim. With systematic plan and top level design, we should perfect national innovation system, improve innovation ability and provide support for the sustainable development of the social economy.
