摘要
本文从模糊数学的知识出发,实现了基于二级模糊综合评判理论的建筑物打击效果评估模型.通过对打击前后建筑物的目标检测与识别以及对它们的变化检测,提取打击前后建筑物的灰度特征、几何特征和纹理特征作为评估准则,并构建相应的知识库推理系统,最后利用二级模糊综合评判方法实现打击效果的自动评估,建立了建筑物的打击效果评估系统.实验结果表明,该模型能对建筑物的打击效果进行有效的评估.
This paper implements a buildings’ battle damage assessment model based on two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.According to the buildings’ detection and recognition and change of them forward and afterward battle,three characteristics of gray,geometry and texture are extracted as buildings’ assessment rules.Then the knowledge base inference system is constructed,and the buildings’ battle damage assessment model based on two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is completed.The simulation results show that this model can evaluate building’s battle damage effectively.
