政治部类记述的优劣是评判一部志书质量高下的标杆之一,部分已出版首轮志书存在政治部类刻板雷同、千志一面之弊。第二轮志书在遵从固有体例规范的基础上,重点在资料搜集整理、总体框架布局、篇目设计编排、把握记述尺度这四个环节拓宽思路,求真创新,着力彰显志书政治部类的文献特色、系统特色、地方特色、时代特色,以期在保持庄重、严谨风格的同时,展示不同地区志书政治部类的特色面貌,使之充满个性,充满魅力。
