长三角地区产业转移是其经济发展的内在要求,这给相对欠发达的安徽带来了发展契机。文章在分析安徽承接长三角产业转移的优势与劣势基础上,提出提升安徽承接产业转移层次需要实现从承接劳动密集型产业向资本、技术密集型产业转变、从承接单个产业向承接组团式产业转变、从政府外出招商向企业自主联合转变、从承接加工型产业向生产服务型产业转变、从承接衰退型产业向扩张型产业转变。

The industrial transfer of Yangtze River Delta is an inherent requirement of economic development,which brought opportunities to Anhui＇s development.The article analyzed strengths and weaknesses of Anhui province to undertake the transfer industries of Yangtze River Delta.So we proposed that Anhui＇s undertaking industries transfer should change from labor-intensive industries to capital and technology-intensive industries,from a single industry to group-shift investment,from government going out for it to enterprises own joint,from processing-type industries to service-oriented industries,and from recession-based industries to expansion industries.
