反传统与被传统:从两份《女子世界》看近代女子世界的艰难建构

Pro-Tradition or Anti-Tradition:the Hardships in Constructing the Female World in the Perspective of Two Journals of The Female World

清末民初在上海先后出现了两份《女子世界》。1904年创刊的《女子世界》(丁初我主编)以"振兴女学,提倡女权"为宗旨,积极构建女国民之革命世界,传达出坚决而明朗的反传统指向;1914年创刊的同名刊物《女子世界》(陈蝶仙主编)在选择对时代潮流疏离的同时,专刊闺秀著作及关于女子启蒙的文字,意在传统文化与新文明之间打造优美高尚之才女世界。两份刊物以其各自独特的形式和话语记录下了建构女子世界的轨迹,其反传统与被传统的迥异面目既体现出编者主体的价值期许和文化取向,也传达出历史结构调试的客观诉求,反映了近代女子世界建构的艰难历程。

Two journals with the same name of The Female Worldappeared in Shanghai in the end of the Qing dynasty and the early Republic of China.The first one created in 1904 with Ding Chuwo as editor-in-chief,aimed at＂promoting women education and advocating women rights＂,actively made efforts to build women world of the national revolution,and conveyed a firm and clear anti-tradition attitude;the second founded in 1914,with Chen Diexian as editor-in-chief,chose to estrange from the trend of time and specialized in publishing women family works and writing about women＇s enlightenment,with the purpose of creating an elegant noble world of talented women between traditional culture and new civilization.With their respective unique form of construction and discourse,the two journals have recorded different trajectories in building women world.Their differences in anti-tradition and pro-tradition also embodied the editor＇s subjective value expectations and cultural orientation,also conveyed their objective pursuits in changing historical structure,and reflected the hardships in the construction of modern women world.
