高速铁路网络对中国城市化格局的影响

Influence on China's urbanization pattern by high-speed railway

高速铁路通过提高城市可达性影响城市人口增长。1997-2011年,在铁路提速的影响下,城市可这性每提高1%,可引起城市人口增长0.67%。到2020年,全国高速铁路网建成后,将对城市化格局产生多方面的影响,表现在:城市人口向高速铁路沿线城市集聚,尤其是向高速铁路密集区域的城市集聚;城市人口向城市群集聚的趋势进一步增强;城市群之间的人口增长速度具有差异性;包括小城市、中等城市、大城市、特大城市、巨型城市在内的城市等级一规模结构将呈橄榄形发展;城市人口增长速度将呈现出小城市>特大城市>中等城市=大城市>巨型城市的格局。

The high- speed railway influences urban population growth by raising city ＇ s accessibility.In 1997-2011,under the impact of railway speed rising,the 1%increase of the urban accessibility will lead to 0.67%increase of the urban population.By 2020,the complementation of the high-speed railway network will have multiple effects on urbanization pattern.That is,the urban population will agglomerate to the cities along the high- speed railways,especially to the cities in the regions with high density of high- speed railways.At the same time,the trend of urban population migrating to urban agglomerations will be further enhanced,but there is a difference in the population growth rates among those urban agglomerations.Urban level- scale structure including small city,medium- sized city,metropolis,megalopolis and mega- city will be the shape of olive,and the population growth rate of cities will turn into the pattern of small city megalopolis medium- sized city = metropolis mega- city.
