基于日常生活视角的城市开放空间评价——以南京市为例

Evaluation on urban open space based on the perspective of everyday life:taking Nanjing City for example

以使用者的活动期望为依据,建构了以最小有效活动区域面积及其内部各功能区域的面积为考核指标,以活动的丰富性指数与丰富性评价得分为验证指标的城市开放空间量化评价模型。并以南京主城区的两个市民广场为例说明了该评价模型的应用过程。考核指标的对比分析结果表明,从满足市民日常生活需求的角度来说,两个广场在功能上存在不足之处,验证指标的数值也证明了分析结果的可靠性。

Based on the expectations of users,this essay points out a quantifiable evaluation model of urban open space,taking the minimum dimensions of effective activity area and functional areas as main assessment indexes,richness and evaluation score of activities as verification indexes.Two public squares in the main city of Nanjing are selected to illustrate the application process of the evaluation model.The comparison of theoretical assessment indexes and experimental data shows that the two public squares have some limitations in functions,viewed from the theories of everyday life.The results are validated by verification indexes.
