摘要
在文献分析、借鉴既有社会认同量表、访谈和自编测度语句等基础上开发了新生代农民工群体认同量表,对北京、上海、深圳、杭州等城市的新生代农民工进行了问卷调查,采用探索性和验证性因子分析方法,验证了新生代农民工群体认同的结构和关联维度。结果表明,新生代农民工的群体认同由自我分类、自我评价、社会评价、重要性、归属感、相互依赖感、社会嵌入和认知意识等8个维度构成。其中社会嵌入、归属感和相互依赖感是新生代农民工的总体群体认同的主要影响因素。
Based on the review of relevant literature and previously developed well — accepted measurement scales,and interviews with the new — generation migrant workers,this essay conducts a questionnaire survey of new — generation migrant workers' group identity.Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis is done to validate the structure and relevant dimensions of the group identity scale,and the analysis results indicate satisfactory reliability and validity of the scale.As a result,eight dimensions are extracted.They are labeled as self- categorization,private evaluation,public evaluation,importance,the sense of belonging,the sense of interdependence,social embeddedness,and cognitive awareness.Among these eight dimensions,social embeddedness,the sense of belonging and the sense of interdependence have more impact than other dimensions on general group identity of new- generation migrant workers.
