基于不同职业类型的马尾区外地游客旅游行为特征研究

Research on Travel Behavior Characteristics of Foreign Tourists of Different Types of Occupation in Mawei District

随着人民生活水平的提高和休闲时代的到来,马尾旅游业也正处于高速发展新时期,作为客源市场重要组成部分的外地游客对马尾旅游业的发展起着至关重要的作用,有必要高度重视.采用问卷调查和访谈的方法,运用EXCEL和SPSS18.0分析软件,对不同职业类型外地游客的出游动机、信息渠道、决策过程、旅游偏好(资源偏好、景区偏好)、体验满意度等旅游行为特征进行分析研究.在此基础上,从马尾旅游业的产品、服务、基础设施和客源市场等角度出发,提出马尾旅游业产品和市场的开发对策,希望能为当地旅游业提供有益参考.

With the improvement of people＇s living standards and the coming of leisure time, Mawei tourism industry is in a new era of rapid development. The foreign tourist, as an important part of the tourism market, plays a essential role for the development of Mawei tourism. It is necessary to attach great attention. We used questionnaire and interview methods and EXCEL and SPSS18.0 software to analyse travel motivation, information channels, the decision making process, travel preferences（ Preference resources, scenic preference）, experience satisfaction and other tourist behavioral characteristics of foreign tourists of different occupation. On this basis, from the perspective of products, services, infrastructure and tourismsource markets, this paper proposes counter measures for the development of tourism products and markets of Mawei, hoping to provide a useful reference for the local tourism industry.Mawei tourist areaForeign tourists Different occupations Travel Behavior
