摘要
血液肿瘤患者由于本身疾病所致的免疫缺陷、化疗强度的提高、造血干细胞移植的开展等，导致真菌感染比例不断增加，其中念珠菌是最常见的致病真菌。我们回顾性总结血液科确诊的12例血液肿瘤并发念珠菌血症患者的病历资料，分析其可能的危险因素、临床特征及影响疗效的相关因素。
