健康女性绝经后早期听功能的临床变化

Clinical observation on hearing function change after menopause in healthy women

目的观察健康女性绝经后早期听功能的变化。方法选择137名绝经期健康女性作为受试对象,连续观察10年,每2年行常规纯音测听检查并记录。采用SPSS11.0统计软件对检查结果进行统计学处理。结果健康女性绝经早期,低频听力下降较慢,0.125-1.5kHz听力下降速率不超过0.5dB/年;高频听力下降相对较快,3-8kHz听力下降速率接近1dB/年。结论健康中年女性,绝经对听功能的影响超过年龄因素。

Objective To observe the hearing function after menopause in healthy women. Methods This study included 137 healthy women who received a routine audiometric evaluation. The statistical analysis was carried out on their data with SPSS 11.0. Results In early-menopausal women,low frequency hearing decline was subtle,no more than 0.5dB/year between 0.125 and 1.5kHz. However,the high frequency hearing decline was relatively rapid,at 3-8kHz the rate of decline was close to 1 dB/year. Conclusion The hearing decline results from the menopause transition rather than age in healthy mid-abe women.
