摘要小细胞癌（small cell carcinoma,SCC）又称为未分化癌、小细胞神经内分泌癌或燕麦细胞癌,最常见于肺部,其次见于颈部、气管、乳腺、食管、胃、肠道、皮肤及泌尿生殖道。膀胱小细胞癌（small cell carcinoma of the bladder,SCCB）是一种非常罕见的泌尿系统肿瘤。
