Four Consecutive Champions of Clinical Skills Competition Over One Hundred Years of Medical Education

在第五届全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能竞赛总决赛中,中山大学以总分第一的佳绩获得总决赛特等奖,实现历史"四连冠",体现了中山大学深厚的医学教育底蕴。本文以访谈形式,从医学教务处处长肖海鹏教授介绍中山大学医科的精英教育特色、精医术、尚医德的仁医之道等方面入手,介绍了中山大学培养卓越医师的方式和成效,尤其是突出了对以赛促教,培养高素质师资队伍方面的经验,以飨同行。

At the 5th National Medical College Students Clinical Skills Competition Final,Sun Yat-sen University （SYSU） won grand prize with the highest score for the fourth time in a row,showing its profound tradition of medical education. Through interviews,this paper presents the distinctive features of medical education at SYSU.Professor Xiao Hai-peng,Dean of Medical Education of SYSU,introduces the ways and effects of training excellent doctors with virtues and superb skills, especially promoting teaching through competition,and shares the experience in developing high-quality faculty team.
