摘要
根据节能和及时调控车间温湿度两个重要思路,将纺织厂空调设备的调节方式进行组合,考虑各种工况下的调节,形成一套完整的纺织厂空调自控系统的控制路线图。对山东某纺织厂的细纱车间空调的自控系统进行了升级改造,然后通过实践测试和计算,进行了温湿度的稳定性对比,并得出了改造后自控系统后空调设备的节能量。
According to the two great ideas of energy-saving and timely regulation of temperature and humidity, this paper combines the adjusting modes to a complete controlling roadmap of the air-conditioning autonomous system of the tex-tile mill. The automatic control system of air conditioning has been transformed in the spinning workshop in a textile mill in Shandong, then through practice the tests and calculations to compare the stability of the temperature and humidity so we can obtain the energy savings in the air conditioning equipment.
