城市综合体空调设计有别于其他单体建筑,本文结合实例,分析了决定城市综合体暖通空调系统形式的各种因素,除了需要考虑设备承压等常规设计原则外,还应重点分析科学选择系统形式、合理布置冷热源位置、采用可行的节能措施及尽量使用大温差等设计原则,尤其是末端空调形式的选择上,应未雨绸缪,充分考虑商铺业态的变化趋势,设计选择合理的空调形式并充分预留相关接口,为重新装修后快速恢复空调功能创造先决条件。
