摘要
通过整合组织学习理论和制度理论,以中国的国际新创企业为研究对象,采用交叉案例研究设计,探索了组织学习对国际新创企业进入后速度的动态影响机制。研究结果显示:(1)不同的组织学习模式在制度化不同阶段对提升国际新创企业合法性所起的作用存在差异。(2)初始进入阶段正式合法性越高的国际新创企业越能够加快进入后阶段的模式演进速度;而初始进入阶段非正式合法性越高的国际新创企业则越能够加快进入后阶段的国家范围速度。(3)正式合法性和非正式合法性在加快国际新创企业进入后速度方面起互补作用。(4)初始进入阶段的合法性在组织学习对国际新创企业进入后速度的影响中具有中介效应。
Integrating organizational learning theory with institutional theory and taking Chinese international new ventures as research objects, this paper uses the cross case study design and explores the dynamic influencing mechanism of organizational learning on the post-entry speed of international new ventures. The results show that:different modes of organizational learning play varying roles in enhancing international new ventures' legitimacy during different institutional phases; international new ventures with higher formal legitimacy during the initial entry phase have quicker evolving speed of modes during the post-entry phase, and ones with higher informal legitimacy have quicker speed of country scope; formal legitimacy complements informal one for enhancing the post-entry speed of international new ventures; and Legitimacy during the initial entry phase plays a mediating effect between organizational learning and the post-entry speed of international new ventures.
