个性化疗养路径信息系统在军队干部保健疗养中的应用

Application of individualized rehabilitation path information system in health rehabilitation for military cadres

目的探讨应用疗养路径信息系统康复保健军队干部的疗养效果。方法选择150例军队疗养员,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组人员各75例。对照组采用传统护理方式,观察组在传统护理的基础上采用路径护理方式,对两组的疗养效果、服务满意度进行分析。结果观察组的疗养满意度(98.67%)明显高于对照组(84.0%),且观察组的主观感觉优于对照组,观察组良好率(66.7%、70.7%、53.3%)显著高于对照组(50.7%、49.3%、45.3%),P<0.05。结论将个性化疗养护理路径信息系统应用于军队干部保健疗养中,可使疗养员满意度得到提高,改善疗养效果。

Objective To study the rehabilitation effect of applying individualized rehabilitation path information system to health rehabilitation for military cadres.Methods 150 military convalescents were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 75 cases in each group.The control group adopted traditional nursing mode, while the observation group received path nursing on the bases of traditional nursing.The rehabilitation effect and service satisfaction level of two groups were analyzed.Results The treatment satisfaction level in the observation group（98.67%）was significantly higher than that in the control group（84%）with better subjective feeling.The good rate of the observation group（66.7%, 70.7%,53.3%）was significantly higher than that of the control group（50.7%,49.3%,45.3%）（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The application of individualized rehabilitation path information system to health convalescence for military cadres can increase satisfaction level of convalescents and improve their rehabilitation effect.
