摘要
针对球阀阀芯自动装配过程中存在的装配柔性低、时常无法精确定位问题,设计一种以LabVIEW为软件开发平台结合NI视觉模块的阀芯自动装配系统,将基于LabVIEW的视觉检测技术引入到工业自动化生产中。采用CCD相机捕捉零件图像,配合系统标定、小波阈值去噪、Canny边缘检测、模式匹配以及TCP/IP网络通信等技术,动态改变机器人装配动作。在搭建的实验台上进行在线验证,结果表明,该系统所采用的方法快速、稳定。
In the process of ball valve spool's automatic assembly,because of the problem of assembling flexible low and inaccurate location often,it builds a set of automatic assembling system based on Labview and NI visual module,introducing the visual detection technology based on LabVIEW into the industrial automation production. Use CCD camera to capture part image,coupling system calibration,the wavelet threshold denoise,Canny edge detection,pattern matching and TCP /IP network communication technology to dynamically changes robotic assembly action. Authenticating online on the building hardware experiment platform,the result shows that the method adopted by the system is rapid,stable.
