摘要
铸铝件毛刺去除是一道重要但费时费力的工序,基于安川MOTOMAN-MH6工业机器人的去毛刺设备可去除铝铸件复杂毛刺,取得较好效果。机器人去毛刺设备由机器人本体、机器人控制柜、工装夹具、去毛刺工具和加工操作盒等组成;机器人有两种作业方式;去毛刺工具尺寸信息需登录到机器人控制系统中;在过程控制时,利用平行移动程序转换功能实现多个程序段中姿态相同位置不同点的示教编程;使用预约启动功能启动主程序,提高了生产效率。
Aluminum casting deburring is an important but time-consuming process,the industrial robot deburring equipment can remove complex burrs of aluminum casting,based on YASKAWA MH6 industrial robot,to achieve better effect. Robotic deburring equipment contains manipulator,robot control cabinet,tooling fixture,deburring tool and operation box,etc; There are two kinds of operation way for robot; The size information of deburring tool must be registered in the control system of robot; In process control,To realize the points teaching programming,which have the same attitude but different position in the multiple procedure sections,using parallel moving program transformation function; Production efficiency is improved through using booking start function to start main program.
