废弃PCB板电子元件脱焊设备的冲击装置设计 被引量:4

摘要 废弃PCB板的资源化处理一直是废旧电子电器产品回收的焦点。针对该课题组所研制的废弃PCB板电子元件脱焊设备气动冲击机构所存在的问题,设计了一种新型的曲柄-滑块式冲击装置。通过对曲柄-滑块机构几何尺寸的分析,确定了滑块最大速度的计算公式;基于Matlab软件,以滑块最大速度和最小传动角为优化目标,设计了曲柄-滑块冲击装置的机械结构。试用结果表明,该冲击装置冲击力恒定、工作平稳、可靠性高,提高了PCB板电子元件的拆解率和PCB板的脱焊效率。 Resourceful treatment of PCB scraps has ever been the focus of wasted electronic and electrical products' recycling. In view of the problems of the pneumatic impacting device on dismantling equipment for electronic components on PCB scraps developed by our research group,a new crank-slider impacting device was designed. Through the analysis of the geometric sizes of the crank-slider mechanism,the calculation formula of the slide's maximum velocity was determined. Based on Matlab software,with maximum velocity of the slide and minimum transmission angle as optimal objectives,the mechanical structure of the crankslider impacting device was designed. The trial results showed that the impacting device had the advantages of constant impacting force,stable operating and high reliability,the dismantling rate of electronic components on PCB scraps and the unsoldering efficiency of PCBs are improved.
