摘要
Capto刀柄在高速加工中心,尤其是车铣复合加工中心中得到广泛的应用。其部分尺寸对刀柄工作性能影响很大,为找出这些关键尺寸,运用有限元法分析了Capto C5刀柄九组尺寸的变化对刀柄径向刚度的影响规律,得到了对Capto刀柄性能影响较大的几组关键尺寸。研究工作为Capto刀柄的制造与测量提供了理论依据。
Capto tool-holder is widely used in high speed machining,especially in Turning /Milling center.Some of tool-holder's dimensions exert a tremendous influence on its working performance. In order to find out these key dimensions,finite element method is used to analyze how the change of Capto C5 tool-holder's nine dimensions affects its radial stiffness. Some key dimensions which have great effect on Capto toolholder's properties are found. The research results provide theoretical basis for manufacturing and measurement of Capto tool-holder.
