摘要 为了得出煤的挥发分质量分数对特征温度点和热动力学参数的影响,在空气气氛下,采用热分析技术研究了几种不同煤化程度的煤和活性炭的质量损失行为。从实验结果发现,煤的质量损失主要由吸附氧质量增加、受热分解和燃烧3个阶段组成。运用Bagchi法验证了样品在加热过程中各个阶段的最概然机理函数,同时,确定了各个阶段的活化能、频率因子等反应动力学参数,并且得出各反应阶段特征温度点和活化能与挥发分质量分数之间存在一定的关系。 In order to obtain the impact of coal volatile (mass fraction thermal kinetic parameters, the thermal analysis technique was used ) on characteristics temperature points and to investigate the mass loss of coals with different coalification in ambience of air. The results show that coal reaction process can be divided into three stages: adsorption and oxidation, pyrolysis, firing. Furthermore, appropriate kinetic mechanisms function was validated by Bagchi method. Moreover, the parameters of chemical kinetics at different stages, such as activation energy and frequency factor, were calculated, and a certain characteristic relationships among temperature, the activation energy and volatile of each reaction stages were also obtained.
