摘要
为了促进藤茶的综合开发利用,研究藤茶的止咳、化痰药效作用,采用小鼠氨水引咳法观察止咳作用;用小鼠酚红排泌法观察化痰作用。结果表明藤茶能明显延长引起半数小鼠咳嗽的氨水喷雾时间(EDT50),能促进小鼠气管酚红的排泌。可见藤茶具有明显止咳和化痰作用。
In order to promote the development and utilization of the antitussive and expectorant effects of Ampelopsis grossedentata.Mouse was observed for the antitussive effect by cough induction from ammonia liquor spray and for the expectorant effect by phenel red output removal.The results showed that the Ampelopsis grossedentata could inhibit cough induced by ammonia spray and remove phenol red output from trachea.The conclusion was that the ampelopsis grossedentata had significant antitussive and expectorant effects.
