摘要
参照《化学农药环境安全评价试验准则》的要求,采用室内模拟的试验方法研究噻虫嗪在不同介质中的挥发特性,为该药的环境风险提供数据支持。结果表明:在25±1℃,气体流速为500 ml/min的条件下,噻虫嗪在3种介质中均难挥发,其在空气中、水中及其土壤表面的挥发率分别为<0.04%、<0.07%、<0.05%,挥发性试验的平均回收率分别为101.0%、95.4%、96.2%,满足回收率试验不低于70%的试验有效性要求,从挥发性的角度来说,噻虫嗪对人畜相对较安全。
With reference to the requirements of criterion for chemical pesticide environmental safety assessment,the volatility of thiamethoxam in different media was studied in laboratory to provide data support for its environmental risk.The results showed that three media of thiamethoxam were less volatile under conditions of the gas flow rate of 500 ml /min at 25 ± 1 ℃.The volatilization rate of thiamethoxam was 〈0.04 %, 〈0.07 % and 〈0.05 % in the air,water and soil surface respectively.The average recovery of volatile test was 101.0 %,95.4 % and 96.2 % respectively,which met the test requirement of recovery rate not less than 70 %.Thiamethoxam would be relatively safe to human beings and animals from the perspective of volatility.
