摘要
由于电力系统输电线路长、跨度大、配电站安置分散,对开关柜状态信息的获取带来了一定的困难,采用有线传输方式具有不稳定性并且增加电缆铺设等方面的成本。针对此问题,在IEC61850框架下,分析并提出了一种基于GPRS/GSM通讯网与近距离无线传输技术的开关柜组网方式,可将开关柜的状态信息实时上传到远程数据服务器,并通过上位机和手机实现对其进行远程/本地无线操控,节约人力物力,减少经济损失,保障供电可靠性。
Due to the power system transmission line is long, span and scattered, it is difficult to obtain state information of the switchgear. Using wired transmission increased the cost of transmission and is not stable. To solve this problem, in the IEC61850 framework,a switchgear networking based on GPRS/ GSM communication network and short-range wireless transmission technology is designed ,status information of switch cablnet can be uploaded to the remote data server ,and achieve remote/local wireless control through the PC and mobile phone ,save manpower and resources ,reduce economic losses ,guarantee power supply reliability.
