岩滩水电厂稳控装置的应用

摘要 随着岩滩水电厂二期扩建2台30万kW机组的陆续投入商业运行,且在不增加外送线路的情况下,要确保全厂机组稳定运行就要急需加装稳控装置,就是保证在"N-1"或者检修方式"N-1"条件下,能根据需要切除部分机组,保证电力系统的稳定运行。岩滩水电厂RCS-992分布式稳控装置的应用采用双重配置,内设完善的策略表,经过设计联络会、设备出厂验收、现场联调及启动试运行,充分验证了这套装置在岩滩水电厂应用的安全可靠性。 A stability control device is urgently required by the extension project of Yantan hydropower station after putting two 300MW units into commercial operation one after another but without increasing new outgoing lines, so as to ensure the stable operation of all units in the station by shutting down partial unit as required under"N-1"condi-tion or"N-1"maintenance condition. The RCS-992 distributed stability control device for Yantan hydropower station adopts double configuration and is equipped with perfect strategy table, whose safety and reliability was fully verified through design liaison meeting, equipment ex-factory acceptance, joint debugging on site and startup commissioning.
