摘要
随着我国汽车拥有量的迅猛增加,给维修行业带来了巨大挑战,传统的维修方式已不能很好地解决存在于地域、时间、效率等方面的问题。针对这一问题,文中介绍一种利用嵌入式系统、无线通信、CAN总线、网络通信以及数据库等技术设计的汽车远程故障诊断系统。该系统采集CAN总线数据并通过无线通信模块定时将其上传到服务器,通过车辆数据处理平台实时汇集汽车运行状况信息,并将故障信息反馈到客户端Web页通知车主。经过试用表明,该远程故障诊断系统不仅对于维修人员分析故障原因并维修车辆非常有效,对于用户及时获取车辆状况和管理车辆也是十分便捷和实用的。
With the rapid increase of car numbers in our country, which brings a great challenge to the repair industry, the traditional repair methods cannot solve in the region, time, efficiency and other issues. This paper introduces a method of using embedded system, wireless communication, CAN-bus, network communication and database technology to design a vehicle remote fault diagnosis system. The system collects data through the CAN-bus, and uploads it to the server timing via the wireless communication module, and real-time reflects the vehicle status information through the vehicle data processing platform. The fault information feedback to the client to notifying owners. The test shows that, this remote fault diagnosis system not only for repair vehicles is very effective, for the user timely access to the vehicle condition and management of vehicles is also very convenient and practical.
