摘要
针对在设计电机双闭环控制系统中,调节器参数确定困难的问题,提出了快速设计电机双闭环控制系统电流PI调节器和转速PI调节器的参数计算的方法。该方法通过建立系统的数学模型并进行必要的变换与近似处理,按照控制要求校正为典型系统,再依据动态性能指标计算相应参数。计算过程简单,快速。最后基于Matlab/Simulink工具箱建立仿真模型,通过实例验证了方法的正确性和有效性。
According the difficult problem of making sure parameters of regulator,in the design the double close-loop motor control system, this paper analyzes the fast calculation method for parameters of both current-PI regulator and speed-PI regulator. Through the establishment of mathematical model of the system and the approximate treatment is necessary to transform, it calculates corresponding parameters, according to the control requirements for typical system correction and the dynamic performance indexes. The calculation process is both simple and fast. Then, the method simulation model is built using MATLAB/Simulink toolbox and the simulation results show that the method is correctness and effectiveness.
