卫星通信运营管理平台的设计与实现

Design and implementation of platform for satellite communication's operations management

基于卫星通信的应用介绍了对运营项目的管理,在此基础上结合运营工作的需要,设计出了能够代替人工工作的运营管理平台。本平台弥补了卫星通信系统中无运营管理功能的缺陷,实现了对运营项目的自动化管理及计时计费功能,并能自动生成用星确认表,极大地提高了工作效率。同时还详细介绍了平台的实现机理和流程及对项目数据的处理方法。

Management of the operational project is introduced based on the application of satellite communication, combining the needs of the operations on this basis, the operations management platform has been designed which can replace manual work. This platform makes up for the defects which the satellite communication system has no function of operations management, the automated management of operational project, timing and billing function are realized, and the using satellite confirmed table can be generated automatically, the working efficiency is improved greatly. At the same time, the realized mechanism and technological process of platform and the project data processing methods are introduced in detail.
