摘要
叙述了内蒙古博源联合化工公司全厂循环水泵运行及水系统的问题,公司经过不断探索,最后运用"YCGF"节能型循环水系统改造使其彻底解决。主要通过系统综合优化调度的应用、循环水泵增效节能改造,总结了全厂循环水系统节能改造经验及设备选型中需注意的问题。
The problems of the operation of circulating water pump and water system of the whole Inner Mongolia Boyuan Union Chemical Co., Ltd., was described, which was completely solved finally by the transformation of “YCGF” energy-efficient water circulating system after continuous exploration of the company. Based on the application of integrated optimization scheduling of system and efficiency improvement and energy saving transformation'of circulating water pump, experience of the energy-saving transformation and the problems needing attention in equipment selection of circulating water system of the whole plant are summarized.
