摘要
结合工作实际,分析总结了现有矿井提升机控制系统中的不足,通过工程实例使用PLC技术对提升机控制系统进行改造,编制相应控制程序,大大提高了经济效益和安全性,采用PLC技术对类似提升机电控系统的改造具有十分广阔的应用前景。
Combining with the actual work, the deficiencies existed in the control system of mine hoist are analyzed and summarized. The control system of mine hoist is transformed and the appropriate control procedure is prepared by using PLC technology through project example, which greatly improves the economic efficiency and safety. Transforming the electronic control system of similar hoist by using PLC technology is of broad application prospects.
