摘要
本文建立了同时测定工作场所空气中5种烷烃类化合物(正戊烷、正己烷、正庚烷、正辛烷、正壬烷)的溶剂解吸气相色谱法,对所建立方法测定正辛烷的不确定度进行了评价。结果表明,该方法快速、简单,检出限低,精密度和准确度高,适用于工作场所空气中烷烃类化合物同时测定。
A solvent desorption gas chromatographic method for determination of alkanes（ n-Pentane,n-Hexane,n-Heptane,n-Octane and n-Nonane） in the air of workplace was established in this study. The uncertainty of this method to determine n-Octane was analyzed. The method had rapid and simple procedures,low detection limit,and high precision and accuracy that it was appropriate for the batch determination of alkanes in the air of workplace simultaneously.
