摘要
文中提出了集绿色经济发展、绿色产业发展、绿色城市发展为一体的绿色发展内涵;构建了由目标层、子目标层、准则层和指标层构成的绿色发展评价指标体系,在此基础上,提出实行多种方法联合并用,对绿色发展指标体系进行综合评价的思路。
This article proposes the conntation of green development which includes green economy , green industry and green urban development ;constructs the evaluation index system of green development consist of target ,sub-goals,guidelines and index layer .Base on this,it proposes a variety of methods for comprehensive evaluation index system of green development .
