摘要
文中对广州中远物流有限公司工程物流业务及技术人才队伍现状进行了分析,创新了"导师带团队"的学习实践,通过导师"一对多"的培养方式,建立全面的、持续的培训教育体系,有效地提高了团队的学习能力、创新能力和综合实战能力,形成了核心竞争能力。
This paper introduced the current status of business development and team building of technician of COSCO Logistics (Guangzhou) Co.,Ltd,By innovating the tutorial system gradually COSCO Logistics built up the comprehensive and sustainable training system with the method of tutor -one-to-many,with improved ability to learn,innovate and practice,which forms the core competence .
