实践创新能力培养新模式的研究与探索

Study and exploration in training mode of practice innovation capabilities

针对目前高校生物制药专业教育教学方法存在的问题,基于生物制药专业的特点,结合浙江工业大学生物制药专业实践教育现状,以认识和生产实习实践教学为突破口,提出以校企联合培养实践创新能力培养新模式的理念和改革思路。该模式在学校—企业间建立了有效地沟通媒介,初步达到了提升学生实践创新能力的效果。

In order to resolve the problems existed in biology pharmacy education, this study discovered an enterprise-university integration mode and illustrated a reform guideline for biology pharmacy undergraduates, focusing on cognitive professional practice. From the practice of this integration mode, the enterprise-university integration media was conducted and the undergraduates＇ practice innovation capabilities were actually improved.
