生产性服务业集聚效应与我国城市化发展研究

Agglomeration Effect of Producer Service and Its Influence on Urbanization Development of Our Country

基于生产性服务业在城市集聚过程中所形成的集聚效应,重点探讨了其对我国城市化发展的影响。结论表明:无论整体考察还是基于发展阶段差异下的分区域考察,一个地区生产性服务业集聚所形成的专业化服务环境,明显促进了城市化的发展;产业多样化外部性则导致了城市化不经济的出现,并因此阻碍城市化的发展;地方竞争外部性也表现出对城市化发展较为不利的影响。最后指出了提升生产性服务业集聚功能的建议。

Based on the agglomeration effect of producer service in the process of the city formation, this paper mainly discusses its impact on China＇s urbanization development. The empirical analysis conclusion shows that whether from the whole or the subregional under the development difference in stages to investigate, professional service environment formed by producer services agglomeration in a region plays a most significant promotion effect; the externality of industrial diversification leads to the diseconomy of urbanization and thus takes hindering effects. The externality of local competition also shows more adverse effects on city development. Finally, some suggestions are proposed for improving agglomeration effect of producer service.
