桑杏汤对两种细菌的最低抑菌浓度测定及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:测定桑杏汤对细菌的抑菌效应。方法:制备含中药提取物琼脂平板法测定桑杏汤对金黄色葡萄球菌和假单胞绿脓菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:桑杏汤水提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和假单胞绿脓菌的MIC分别为25mg/ml和200mg/ml。结论:采用含中药复方提取物琼脂平板法测定MIC具有简捷、直观、准确和同时测定多个细菌MIC的优点;首次测定桑杏汤对革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌的抑菌作用为中度敏感,为解析其"清热"疗效积累证据。 Objective:To determinate the inhibition effects of Sangxingdecoction on the bacterial.Methods:the routine microbiological agar plate method was used to determine the minimum inhibition concentration(MIC)of Sangxingdecoction on the Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Results:The MIC of liquid extract about Sangxing decoction on staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 25mg/ml and 200mg/ml respectively.Conlusion:The advantages of method of the agar plate contained the traditional Chinese medicine compound extracts in determine MIC were the simple,intuitive,accurate and determination the multiple bacteria MIC at the same time,and was first confirmed that the inhibition of Sangxingdecoction on the gram-positive and gram-negative bacterium were the moderate sensitive,and useful to accumulate the experimental evidence for'resolving the heat'effect.
