幼儿英语教师职前培养体系的探索与思考 被引量:2

摘要 20世纪80年代末期,我国开始逐步开展幼儿英语教育,我国的外语教学研究者也对此领域进行了系统而深入的研究与探讨,从而使幼儿英语教育在学术理论的指导下,获得可持续发展。然而,现阶段幼儿英语教师职前培养体系的不完善,导致幼儿英语教师的培养出现了一些问题,如缺乏教育行政部门的宏观调控、招生与培养封闭化、师范院校与幼儿园的关系日益疏离、课程设置以理论性课程为主等,不利于培养高素质的幼儿英语职前教师。基于上述问题的思考与探索,文章重新构建幼儿英语教师的职前培养体系,以期培养高素质的幼儿英语职前教师,推动幼儿英语教育的发展。 In the late 1980 s, China began to conduct pre-school English education gradually and foreign language teaching researchers carried out the systematic research and exploration of pre-school English education so that it could get the sustainable development under the guide of scientific theory. Nevertheless, the backward of pre-school English teachers pre-service cultivation system prevents the further development of pre-school English teaching seriously. Based on the current analysis of pre-school English teaching and pre-school English teacher, the paper aims at the problems which exists in the current cultivation system of pre-school English teacher pre-service cultivation system in normal colleges and constructs scientific and reasonable pre-school English teacher pre-service cultivation system in order to cultivate the qualified pre-service English teacher in kindergarten and promote the development of pre-school English education.
