摘要
微课教学孕育于信息化教学背景下,微课指的是"按照新课程标准及教学实践要求,以教学视频为主要载体,反映教师在课堂教学过程中针对某个知识点或教学环节而开展教与学活动的各种教学资源有机组合"。[1]信息化背景下的微课教学对教师提出了新的要求,同时引发了教师对自身专业发展的深度思考,教师专业发展有多个具体途径,在这些途径的突围中,微课教学与教师专业发展之间有着冲突性的碰撞,同时在碰撞中也具有积极的促进教师专业发展的意义。
Micro-course teaching is conceived in information teaching background, micro-course refers to "in accordance with the requirements of new curriculum standard and teaching practice, teaching videos are being as the main carrier, organic combination of various teaching resources of teachers in the classroom teaching process for a point or teaching and carry out teaching and learning activities". Under the background of information of micro-course teaching on teachers put forward new requirements, also cause deep thinking on their own professional development about teachers, there are multiple ways about teacher professional development, in these ways, there are conflicts between the micro-course teaching and the professional development of teachers, but also there is positive teacher professional development significance in the collision.
