摘要 PLC技术应用中,程序的编写是实现控制的关键环节.一个优秀的程序可以节省硬件成本,减少程序的步数和占用的内存空间,并且能够提高控制系统的响应速度.编写PLC优秀程序的关键是掌握一定的编程技巧.以S7-200PLC梯形图程序编写为例,对教学中重、难点指令的典型应用编程技巧进行归纳分析,为PLC应用领域的相关工程技术人员提供参考. Programming is the key of the control system in the field of PLC technology. A good program can not only save the hardware cost,reduce the number of program steps and the memory space occupied,but also can improve the response speed of control system. However,the key to writing and a good program is to know well programming skills. Therefore,typical application programming skills of emphasis and difficulty instructions in PLC teaching are induced and analyzed with writing the S7 - 200PLC ladder diagram programming for example in this paper,which can provide reference for the relevant engineering technical field.
