运用因子分析法对皖北、皖南、皖中经济发展水平进行测度,发现皖北经济发展明显滞后,已然成为安徽省的经济洼地.在经济发展中,皖北存在着严重的资源错配,而正是资源的不合理利用和低效率配置阻碍了皖北经济的快速发展,使其经济发展长期滞后.采取内生式发展模式,通过充分发挥自然资源、农产品、资本、劳动力等资源的比较优势,延长产业链,优化资源配置,可以实现皖北经济突围.

With the factor analysis method to estimate the economic development,it is found that compared with Wannan and Wanzhong,Wanbei obviously lags behind in economic development and has become a depres-sion area of economic development in Anhui province. In economic development,Wanbei has a serious misalloca-tion of resources,and the irrational use of resources and inefficient configuration hinder the rapid development of the economy,making long - term economic development backward. Take the endogenous development model,giv-ing play to the comparative advantages of natural resources,agricultural products,capital,labor and other re-sources,extending the industrial chain and optimizing the allocation of resources,Wanbei’s economic break-through can be achieved.
