摘要
通过对伺服电机控制方式的研究分析,确定了精密矫直机单轴伺服电机控制方式的选型,并且通过实验验证单轴电机伺服驱动器选型为最佳方案。在此基础上对各单轴伺服电机运行状态和速度曲线进行理论分析,实验验证控制电机速度参数选取的合理性,达到提高精密矫直机矫直加工效率和精度的目的。
Based on research and analysis of control modes of servo motors,the article determines the se-lection of control mode of precise straightening machine’s single axis servo motor,and the experiments al-so prove that the control mode of single axis servo motor is the optimal one.On this basis,the article gives a theoretical analysis on the running state and velocity curve of single axis servo motor,and the most reasonable velocity parameters are determined by experiments.As a result,it improves the efficiency and ac-curacy of the precise straightening machine.
