摘要
针对废旧零部件再制造工艺设计复杂、工艺方案选择困难等问题,建立基于改进型实例推理的废旧零部件再制造工艺设计框架,分析影响再制造工艺设计过程的因素,确定其局部相似度计算方法,引入实例影响因素的局部相似度修正系数向量,并将其与最邻算法结合以提高实例检索的准确性。最后结合应用案例验证所提方法的有效性。
The remanufacturing process design is the key to achieve the value of used parts remanufactur-ing.With respect to the complex process design,process scheme selection problem in used parts remanu-facturing,a remanufacturing process design method for used machine tools based on improved case-based reasoning was proposed which established the remanufacturing process design framework for used parts based on improved case-based reasoning,analyzed the influence factors in the process of remanufacturing process design,and determined its local similarity calculation methods.A vector of the correction factor for local similarity was introduced to apply in the nearest neighbor algorithm to improve the accuracy of case searching.Finally,an application example was presented.
