摘要
在分析我国国际工程承包现状和存在问题的基础上,阐明对外工程承包企业应该建立除低价之外的新的竞争优势,提高对EPC项目的管理能力是对外工程承包企业的当务之急。BIM在EPC项目中的应用可有效克服责任划分不清、综合管理能力不足、粗放管理的弊病,结合EPC项目管理的特点对BIM在EPC项目的设计阶段、采购阶段和施工阶段的应用价值进行了详细分析,为"走出去"企业建立新的增长点提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the status and existing problems of international project contracting,the paper points out that the foreign project contracting companies should establish a new advantage except the low-cost competitiveness,and to improve the EPC project management capabilities is imperative for overseas project contracting business.BIM can be applied in the EPC projects to effectively overcome the problems of unclear division of responsibilities,lack of integrated management capabilities,and extensive management.It also analysed in great detail the application value of BIM in the design phase,procurement and construction stages combined with EPC project management features.
