学前教育专业师范生入职适应研究——基于学前教育专业知识性质的视角 被引量:10

On Induction Adaptability of Preschool Education Major Students:From the Perspective of the Nature of Preschool Education Knowledge

摘要 研究者对幼儿园新教师的入职适应状况进行调查,结果发现,学前教育专业知识的弱分类和弱框架性质及其文化适宜性和实践转化都对幼儿园新教师的入职适应有影响.基于此,研究者提出,学前教育专业师资培养要关注区域生态,培养专业品质,提升实践技能. The authors investigated the induction adaptability of new kindergarten teachers. The results show that the weak classification and weak flame properties of preschool education knowledge, cultural fitness, and practice transformation all have influence on new teachers' induction adaptability. Thus, the authors suggest that the cultivation of preschool education preservice teachers should care about area ecology, cultivate professionalism, and improve practical skills.
