摘要
通过科学合理的选择教材,根据食品理化检验课程的特点,丰富教学内容,提高教学效果,并在基础操作方面、开放性、创新性、安全方面对食品理化检验课程的实验课进行充分的完善。提高了食品理化检验课程在医学检验本科学生开设的质量,极大的促进学生综合素质的全面提高。
