摘要
目的了解北京市某三甲医院2010—2012年对口支援工作的成效和满意度,为进一步深入开展对口支援工作提供基础。方法通过问卷调查的方法收集数据,进行统计分析。结果 2010—2012年该三甲医院共派出支援队员107人次,协助4省、市共6家受援医院工作,并接收进修医生92人次,受援医院对该院支援队员的满意度均在99%以上,该院支援队员对对口支援工作的满意度多在95%以上,进修医生对该院进修安排的满意度多在95%以上。结论该院2010—2012年对口支援工作成效大,必要性强,满意度高,下一步应保证对口支援工作坚持下去,并在全面支援和细化工作安排上进一步完善。
OBJECTIVE To get a brief knowledge of the effectiveness and satisfaction of the counterpart assistance during 2010--- 2012, providing a basis for the further work. METHOD Statistical analysis was conducted through data collected by questionnaire sur- vey. RESULT During 2010---2012, 107 doctors in this 3A level hospital were selected to participate in this project, assisting 6 hos- pitals in 4 provinces, and 92 doctors from those hospitals were received in the 3A level hospital for advanced study. More than 99% of the stuffs in the assisted hospital were satisfied with doctors in the hospital, while more than 95% of the doctors selected in this hospital were satisfied with the project. More than 95% of the doctors studying in this hospital were satisfied with the opportunity for professional development. CONCLUSION The counterpart assistance project in this hospital during 2010---2012 had great effective- ness, high satisfaction and strong necessity. To guarantee the persistence and validity of the project, further work should be speci- fied and optimized in more respects.
