ODP诱导下疏水性纳米碳酸钙的合成研究

摘要 采用磷酸酯(ODP)表面活性剂对纳米碳酸钙进行表面改性研究,探讨了改性温度、ODP用量对碳酸钙的影响。样品形貌和晶相通过TEM、FESEM、XRD等手段进行表征。通过接触角、在DOP中糊粘度等对样品性能进行测试。结果表明,在改性温度为60℃,ODP用量为CaCO3质量2.0%的条件下,改性纳米CaCO3由亲水性变为亲油性,接触角达105.09°,糊粘度明显降低。 CaCO3 particles were modified by octadecyl dihydrogen phosphate (ODP). The influence of modifi-cal temperature on the nano-CaCO3 was discussed in the work. The morphology and structure of the CaCO3 parti-cles were characterized by TEM, FESEM and XRD. The properties of samples had been measured such as active ratio, the contact angle, the viscosity of CaCO3/DOP system. The result showed that the surface property was changed from hydrophilic to hydrophobic. The contract angle increased to 105.09 ° with water and the viscosity of CaCO3/DOP system decrease also. The proper temperature was 60℃ and the proper dose of ODP is about 2.0% of nano-CaCO3 particles.
