摘要
以‘白灵6号’为供试菌株,通过对各处理的菌落直径、菌丝生长速率和菌丝生长指数进行比较,探讨7种碳源对白灵菇菌丝生长的影响。研究结果表明:白灵菇有较广的碳源谱,从生长速率来看蔗糖、麦芽糖和可溶性淀粉是最优的选择,从生长指数分析,果糖、葡糖糖和蔗糖菌丝生长效果较好,分别为16.43、12.34和12.02,结合市场价格,最佳碳源选择蔗糖。对菌落直径、长势评分、生长指数进行偏相关分析,结果表明:无控制变量时,长势评分与菌落直径显著负相关,与菌丝生长指数显著正相关;在控制变量分别为菌落长势评分和菌落直径时,菌落直径与菌丝生长指数显著正相关,菌落长势评分与菌丝生长指数显著正相关。
In this experiment, Pleurotus nebrodensis No.6' as the tested materials, we compared the colony diameter, mycelia growth rate and mycelia growth index among the various processing, to study the effects of seven carbon sources on the growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis hypha. The results showed: Pleurotus nebrodensis had a broader spectrum of carbon sourees, and the sucrose, maltose and soluble starch was the optimal choice from the growth rate, and fructose, glucose and sucrose for the hypha growth effect was good from the analysis of the growth index, 16.43, 12.34 and 12.02, respectively. Combined with the market price, the best carbon source selection was sucrose. We conduct partial correlation analysis on the colony diameter, growth scores, and growth index, the results showed: when there was no control variables, the growth scores was negatively correlated with the colony diameter, and positively related to the mycelia growth index; when the control variables were the colony growth scores and the colony diameter, the colony diameter and the colony growth score was respectively positively related to the colony growth index.
