增压器泄压阀噪声的进气系统解决方案 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决增压器泄压阀噪声的问题,展开了相关的声学测试,以确定噪声的频率和声压级等特性。对进气系统进行了优化,计算了优化后系统的声压级差以确定方案的有效性。然后,制作了进气系统样件,将样件装到车辆上进行测量,以验证方案的有效性。试验结果表明,该方案能有效降低增压器泄压阀噪声,对相关问题的解决有一定的指导意义。 In order to solve the compressor by-pass valve noise issue, the test is carried out to identify the frequency and sound pressure level of the noise. The acoustic simulation is done to validate the effectiveness of intake system new proposal. The prototype is prepared and installed in vehicle to carry out the noise test. The change of the intake system is proven to be effective by the vehicle test. The proposal can provide reference for the similar issues in the future.
